-{♦My name is Sami, and I'm a self taught hobbyist, selling artwork as a full time career. A traditional artist- my favorite mediums to work with are watercolour, ink, and the ol' tried and true pencil and pen :) Recently I've picked up on acrylic painting, and while it feels like a polar opposite from what I'm used to dealing with, I have found I really enjoy it as well!
-{♦Also a work-at-home mom, sharing my cozy den with my seven-year-old daughter, Ava, a moose German Shepherd, and a wiley cat. When I'm not drawing or painting, we are outside running the hillsides along the Yellowstone River enjoying the outdoors anyway we can. Camping, kayaking, hiking, or even a simple walk through the woods- you never know what you'll see or experience!
-{♦Wildlife of every variety is my main subject matter, most often local animals found around my home in Montana. Wolves might be my own personal favorite to depict, but all of nature in general makes up my biggest muse. I also love to do pet portraits, fantasy, and illustration work. In fact, in the near future there will be some childrens' books and a graphic novel to appear :)
